Tricky situations for a train driver: Utrecht - Schiphol - Hoofddorp Opstel VIRM 1/1/2023

Happy New Year! I started with a nice shift on January 1th. Despite the weather forecast, it was still possible to record a rainless ride. Just before Hoofddorp it becomes clear that we are being led towards the railway yard in an unusual way. Nice to show you that as a driver you sometimes end up in a difficult situation. In this case it concerns two light signals with which you can easily go wrong. Fortunately, train drivers are tested for vigilance every five years, so that you as a passenger do not have to worry.
When we arrive at the yarda, you can see the Intercity Direct passing by beautifully.
I also made some minor changes. Do you notice them? What do you think about it?

Gelukkig Nieuwjaar! Ik begon op 1 januari al meteen met een leuke dienst. Ondanks de weersverwachting was het toch mogelijk om een regenloze rit vast te leggen. Vlak voor Hoofddorp wordt duidelijk dat we op een ongebruikelijke manier richting het opstelterrein worden geleid. Mooi om jou te laten zien dat je als machinist soms in een lastige situatie terecht komt. In dit geval gaat het om twee lichtseinen waarmee je makkelijk de fout in kunt gaan. Gelukkig worden machinisten elke vijf jaar getest op vigilantie, zodat jij je als reiziger geen zorgen hoeft te maken.
Bij aankomst op het opstelterrein zie je de Intercity Direct nog even prachtig langsrijden.
Verder heb ik een aantal kleine wijzigingen doorgevoerd. Vallen ze jou op? Wat vind je ervan?
