"Kambodja ska bli vårt" - Swedish Pro–Khmer Rouge Song

"Kambodja ska bli vårt" (Cambodia Will Be Ours) is a Swedish song written in support of the Indochinese struggles for freedom against US imperialism in the 1970s. It was written by Carsten Palmer and is here performed by the FNL group (part of the DFFG) of Lund on the 1974 album "Framtiden Är Vår: Sånger Till Vietnam" (The Future Is Ours: Songs for Vietnam). This is the Swedish version of the Cambodian revolutionary song "ឈាមក្រហមឆ្អៅ" (The Red Flag of Revolution).
It is worth noting that this translation and recording were made before the Khmer Rouge were associated with atrocities, and is instead a tribute to them, just like any other tribute to the Viet Cong or Pathet Lao from the era. "'Cambodia Will Be Ours' was written in 1972 and, like many other Cambodian songs [of the era], was written to unite the Cambodian people against US imperialism. The song is also a tribute to all the Cambodians who offered their lives for the freedom of their country. The song refers to 'our red flag,' meaning the Cambodian flag drenched in the blood the people offered in the struggle. In Sweden, 'Cambodia Will Be Ours' has become the song we most associate with Cambodia; it is often sung at meetings and demonstrations."
Also, I am aware that the third photo depicts MONATIO and not the Khmer Rouge. I find it darkly ironic.
