This is a comparison video between an expensive and a local variety of one of the most popular North Indian dishes, Dal makhni. Dal makhni is the most famous vegetarian mughlai dish and it is loved by almost every North Indian. The expensive variety of dal makhni showcased in this video was bought from the restaurant of masterchef Sanjeev kapoor, who is one of India’s most popular chefs and he gained immense popularity after the success of his cooking show Khaana Khazaana. On the other hand, the cheaper variety of dal makhni showcased in the video was bought from a local dhabba in Delhi. Surprisingly both the dishes were extremely flavourful and unique in their own way. I had a great time trying out these food items. Hope you guys enjoyed the video !
