Railroad Crossings Not Giving Enough Warning

This is a compilation of railroad crossing gates which failed to provide sufficient warning to road users of an approaching train, for one reason or another. In the United States, Department of Transportation regulations require a minimum of 20 seconds between crossing activation and the train entering the crossing. All of the crossings shown in this compilation failed, though some failed more dramatically than others did.
Take this video as an example of why you should slow down and look for approaching trains, even when active warning systems are installed.

Explanations:
Clip 1: This train was operating on a yard track without crossing approach circuits. Per railroad regulations, the train is supposed to stop just short of the crossing and allow the gates to lower. Evidently, this didn't happen.
Clip 2: This train was accelerating out of a station. The engineer failed to approach the crossing slow enough to allow the gates to lower.
Clip 3: This train was also accelerating from a stop. The conductor protecting the reverse movement failed to direct the engineer to approach the crossing slow enough to allow the gates to lower.
Clip 4: Similar to Clip 1, this crossing is only protected by island circuits, meaning the train must stop short of the crossing to allow the lights to flash for the minimum 20-second warning time. Signs have been placed by the crossing directing the train crew to do this, but these were ignored. This situation is particularly dangerous because of poor visibility of the approaching train.
Clip 5: This crossing circuit is improperly programmed for a slower track speed. This train was traveling at the maximum allowed speed; therefore, not enough warning was given.
Clip 6: Admittedly, this is a minor violation and a difficult situation for the train crew, as they are forced to "play chicken" with the crossing circuit. Ideally, the crew would have given several more seconds for the exit gates to lower; however, they could also see that the road was clear, making this largely a non-issue.
Clip 7: The crossing circuit here is short due to a diamond located just offscreen to the left.
