Thursday March 27th, Day three of the official trade days at the 2025 Australian International Airshow, was action packed.
The arrival of the United States Air Force F-22 Raptor Demo Team, plus the PACAF F-16 Demonstration Team during the late, to early hours of Wednesday night, meant the crews needed to practice their demo for approval and inclusion into the public show routine.
Here we see an 525th Fighter Squadron Lockheed Martin F-22A Raptor, preparing for a practice over the field.
Saturday's show had the F-22 taxi out, only to have a technical problem which meant its display was canned.
After chatting to the pilot and ground crew earlier last night, they've assured their jet is raring and ready to go and wow the crowds that will attend the final public day this Sunday.
