Broke to Baron Challenge
Map: Drumard Farm by ‪@CavalierRoy‬
1. How to start:
a. Starting money $250,000
b. Starting loan: none
c. Economic difficulty: Normal or higher
d. Start farm: no
e. Buy land and equipment with the starting money. You must spend enough money to be below $10,000
2. Rules:
a. Loans: may be taken up to $1,000,000 total per challenge but you can only have 1 loan at a time, and it must be paid off before preceding to the next stage of the challenge.
b. Contracts: may be done with your own equipment
c. Hedges may not be removed.
d. Driving on the main roadways with farm equipment will cause a fine of $100 for road maintenance.
e. Mods: anything goes except “money generators”
3. Settings:
a. Seasonal growth, Periotic plowing, Crop destruction, lime, fieldstone, weeds, disaster destruction: all enabled
b. Everything else your choice.
4. Challenge Tiers:
a. The Peasant – Chickens, own 100 chickens to proceed
b. The Shepard – Goats and Sheep, own 100 of each to proceed
c. The Rancher – Cows and Pigs, own 100 of each to proceed
d. The Tycoon – Buffalo and Horses, own 100 buffalo and 5 horses to proceed
e. The Baron – The Final Challenge, own 30% of the map and have a production that uses all your animal products. (note you can build productions along the way to this point)
