I go to a DARK place for a Sub 3 Hour Marathon?!

The day is finally here... Newport Marathon 2025

After a 20 week marathon training block starting in November, the day has finally come to see if I can get a sub 3 hour Marathon at the 4th time of asking!

As always during a Marathon, the emotional rollercoaster is never ending - but can I FINALLY get the job done?
