Maria Hassan and her band - Live on SPOTIT

It's not that often that we come across a band that successfully blends tradition with modernism and still relates on a visceral level with their audience.
This is probably due to this band's unique approach to composing music that speaks equally to the heart, the mind and the soul. Maria Hassan's emotive voice and transparent songwriting is perfectly highlighted by Joe Aouad's virtuosic guitar technique and creative arrangements, pair that with Diaa' Hamza's trance inducing harmonica solos and Kevin Safadi's groove and what you get is a musical force to be reckoned with.
After their debut concert at Mina Festival, the band has been getting positive reviews and organizing some listening sessions across Beirut and planning their first album.
