Redknapp's Hammers are in freefall - in the middle of a run of one league win in 12 - and that at lowly Bradford City. There is hope in the FA Cup, after beating Manchester United at Old Trafford in January West Ham manage an equally unlikely victory at Sunderland in Round 5 to set up a quarter-final against Spurs at Upton Park. But on a rain-soaked Sunday afternoon it all comes crashing down and the strain is starting to show. Redknapp's latest forays into the transfer market have been less than inspiring and now the team are getting sucked into a relegation battle. successive home defeats to Chelsea, Ipswich and Everton - without scoring - have put Redknapp's head on the block.
