On the 31st of August, 2025, Oregunland - under Ikeja Local Government - celebrated a historic moment: five years on the throne of His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Olukunmi Olusesan Akingbola, Ikudoro the First, the Olu of Oregun, with Egun Alapapo, Egun Tojuebie, Egun Ayedogbon.
The celebration was held in the true ancestral way, filled with tradition, spirituality, and unity.
