This is the RENPHO AI-Powered bike and in this video I am going to show you how it's different then every other indoor bike I've reviewed so far. We will also do a full tour of the physical components of the renpho bike, as well as listen to the smart motor dampening, and check out the resistance range from minimum to maximum. I will also show you a demonstration of how safe the Renpho ai powered bike drive train is compared to a peloton style fixed drive train that is found on all of my other indoor exercise bikes.

The renpho bike is a great option for someone who would like an upright riding position with a safe drive train using a freewheel instead of a fixed gear. The renpho bike also offers all of the important metrics such as power output, resistance level, and cadence, and you can hook this bike up via bluetooth to the AI gym app which is free to download and there are no recurring monthly fees to use it. You can also choose to use the renpho bike with the peloton digital app or any other platform such as zwift and many others if that's your thing.
