We SURPRISED A Fan With A Free Cleaning From Not The Worst Cleaner! 🧽 | Scrub This Mess!

Nicki Dietrich, 32, lives in an apartment in Keansburg, NJ with her mom without sleeping on beds. The mother/daughter duo spend most of their time in the living room sleeping on different parts of their couch each night while their respective bedrooms continue to pile up garbage week after week.

Nicki suffers from autism, ADHD, and hoarding disorder, which complicates things for the family to perform everyday tasks. Furthermore, Nicki experiences back pain due to scoliosis as well as having knee pain due to an ACL tear when she was in high school. Her mom also experiences physical pain having had surgery on her hernia a few years ago, making it difficult for them to take out heavy bags and boxes of old kitty litter to the trash.

Nicki was looking forward to having a fresh start to her apartment with her 20-year-old cat, Cali, but unfortunately, Cali passed away a couple months before we arrived. She wanted this clean to be done in her honor, and we wanted to make sure Nicki and her mom had a clean slate, so Scrub Daddy decided to come out and change their lives.

Nicki was inspired by Brogan’s content ‪@nottheworstcleaner‬ on social media and felt that she wasn’t alone with how her apartment got to a messy state. So, we decided to fly Brogan out and surprise Nicki for this cleaning! Emotions ran high for both Nicki and Brogan and made us even more determined to make this the best cleaning we’ve ever done on the series.

We hired City Wide Facility Solutions to help us get this apartment spotless while Brogan took the reins on directing the team what to clean and where to go throughout the day. On top of that, Richard Sales ‪@RichardSalesOfficial‬ dropped by to assist Brogan and crew with the cleaning and to provide some comic relief as well. As the cleaning was happening, we treated Nicki out to a nice nail and hair day to ease her mind off of what was happening at the apartment.

Even though the cleaning took longer than expected, the team managed to get it done in a day’s worth of work and we were able to surprise Nicki that evening with a spotless apartment.
