Watch three powerhouse choppers work together at Stone Ridge Dairy in central Illinois! Custom harvesting crew Walker Bros AG brought their fleet to tackle this massive silage operation featuring two Krone 1180 forage harvesters equipped with 1053 14-row heads and one John Deere 9900 with a 772 12-row head.
The numbers speak for themselves:
🚜 Krone 1180s: 450-480 tons/hour each at 17 acres/hour (53 gal/hour fuel)
🚜 John Deere 9900: 395 tons/hour at 14 acres/hour (40 gal/hour fuel)
📊 Combined output: 1,300+ tons per hour across 48 acres per hour!
