10K PB ATTEMPT | Golden Leaf 10k | Runna App

At the weekend I attempted a 10k personal best, after 9 weeks of coaching with the Runna App (you'll see why 9 weeks in this video!). It's only my third ever 10k road race - I forgot how hard they are! Watch to see how it went :)

Ps. The clock time and my finish time are marginally different because I started near the back of the field, in case anyone is wondering! As there was no chip timing I timed from crossing the start line to crossing the finish line to get as accurate a time as possible.
