Ladies and gentlemen I owe you all an apology. I have made several videos discussing the horrors of working in a call center and not to work in or at one. My friends, I am a hypocrite.

Working in a call center sucks and still does but Partially out of desperation to work and partially due to the positive reviews I read about this company, I went to work in their call center. Big big big big mistake.
