Loonette is a very frustrated clown because no matter how hard she tries – she feels like a clumsy, awkward dancer. She just can’t do it ‘right’. A dance class from Granny with everyone in tutus helps her learn the first law of Granny’s universe in the song: Ya Gotta Dance. After a visit to Doll School, Loonette reads a story from Clowntown of Uncle Chester’s sleepy dance lesson at Senora Snorra’s Dance Emporiun finishes off a very dancey day.
