Welcome back to another episode of Cartridges and Consoles, an amateur video game review series! In this episode, we look at a more recent release from a more niche Nintendo IP: Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp! We'll dive in to this remake of two classic Gameboy Advance games and show how it attempts to modernize and restore charm into the series after a decade-long absence.
This episode was originally released on October 10th, 2023. Any and all positives/negatives about the game are exclusively my opinion, and should not be taken to heart (but probably will anyway).
