Today we return to one of our surprises from last year, the Springbank 15. As always this is 100% ex oloroso sherry, 46%, non-chill filtered, and natural color. Unlike in the past, this once again is packing a huge extra dark sherry profile. Will it hold up to the 2021 and more importantly, is this an early whisky of the year contender?
