2003-2005 Isuzu npr low rail pressure and high rail pressure codes limp mode and stalling
Found the computer was registering excessively high psi for rail pressure and in turn, the computer would reduce fuel pressure with the fpr to a point to physically low to keep the engine running. It would stall out starving for fuel but still register over 13,000 psi on the computer. I was able to use a mechanical gauge at the rail and prove that it was an incorrect reading.
conclusion was a poor connection at the engine to frame chassis harness plug.
