The KASA Outdoor Smart Dimmer Plug is a cheap and worthwhile upgrade to your festive outdoor lighting! The KASA KP405 is made out of durable plastic construction and is ready for a weather with its IP64 splash rating (Make sure to mount facing down). This smart outdoor plug can be controlled using the Kasa Smart app (in addition to other Kasa Smart Products) and easily connects up via your home's WiFi network, no hub required. Other options for controlling include a manual button, and the ability to integrate with your Amazon Alexa or Google assistant. While this is a dimmer plug, it will not make just any lights dim. Prior to purchasing, make sure that your lights are compatible and that you won't be exceeding the max load (unrelated to the dimming) of 300W for Inc. and 150W for CFL/LED.
