F21 error code has come up twice in four years on our machine. Both times we had baby socks stuck in drain filter at the bottom of the washing machine. To unclog it, remove the bottom panel and hand twist off the white cylindrical filter in the center and front.
Make sure you have a plan for the water which may come out. Remove whatever is causing the clog and put it all back together and you're back in business for another ~4 years! Or you can stop having kids so you don't have to unclog baby socks.
