보원 최창원교수의 600년 중국인연은 과연 무엇을 말하는가? 제가 그리는 예술세계에서 유일한 해하도 수묵화와 중국 명나라 대학사 재상인 왕아오(王鏊) 선생의 해하도(海虾图)의 시（詩）를 만나 서화일치의 진면목을 보여 주고 싶었고, 그와 시공간을 초월하여 만나 그 분을 알현하고 제가 붓으로 쓴 서신을 올리는 상황극을 구성하여 연출해 보았습니다. 즉 본 영상은 600년을 초월하여 중국 명대 왕아오 선생을 생각하면서 그 분의 해하도 시의 진정한 의미를 생각하며 붓으로 그 분에게 편지를 쓰고 읽는 신성한 의식을 통해서 서로 만나 의사소통을 하는 모습을 보여 주고 싶었습니다. 그 시의 의미 중 숭덕사상과 평화사상은 조화로운 삶을 시사하는 내용이 담겨 있었고, 그 시의 진면목은 과연 무엇인지를 생각하고 그의 공덕과 은덕의 의미를 생각하며 짧은 영상 내용을 구성하여 촬영하였습니다. 또한 저는 600년 전 중국 명나라 왕아오 재상이 해하도란 시를 남겨 놓은 이유를 알고 싶어 그런 마음을 표현하고자 약간의 상황 연기를 시도하였습니다. 그의 해하도의 시는 현재 한국인 보원 최창원교수가 연구하여 특별한 의미를 찾아 내었고, 그 시 112자의 중요한 메시지와 학술적 가치를 탐구하여 국제저널 학술지에 발표하여 중국 학술계에 널리 알려지기 시작하였습니다.

His Haeha-do poem was studied by Professor Choi Chang-won, a Korean, and found a special meaning. He explored the important message and academic value of the poem's 112 characters and published it in an international journal, making it widely known in the Chinese academic community.
