How to blend colors in silk shading | Embroidery Tutorial

In this video, I show you how to embroider a flower petal using the silk shading/needle painting embroidery technique with 5 colors. I'm using DMC 605, 603, 602, 601, and 326. The needle I use is a John James Milliners Size 5/10. The fabric is linen.
