There are many Jam Sessions in Berlin but nothing like the JAM CATS. The idea is for musicians, jazz lovers and dancers to meet and party all together. We launched the Jam Cats Session in 2018 and the event steadily grew ever since. We are now live in Crack Bellmer in Friedrichshain every 3rd Tuesday of the month, come by!
This trailer was shot on the 14. of June and featured the GOODNIGHT CIRCUS. Later on some members from the Jacks & Jills joined the fun along with other regular musicians from the Syncopation Society. Each JAM CATS is unique and we don't have control over the outcome of the night. Just like a good solo, we play it by ear.
The Festival "Are You Syncopated?!" will do a special JAM CATS night with a lot of room for improvisation and dancing.
