This level is an underwater stage in a lava-themed world. As weird as that may seem, this is the level that Nicobbq could not complete, as the final pipe leading outside was protected by three coins. But unbeknownst to him, this stage is actually possible, if you have a Mini Mushroom equipped and you make a pixel perfect jump into the pipe.
