Zagreb Woodwind Trio
Founded in 1969 to promote wind music, especially works by Croatian composers. With Anđelko Ramušćak clarinet, Zvonimir Stanislav bassoon and Ivan Kos and Branko Mihanovi on oboe, the Trio has gained international reputation becoming one of the most prominent
Croatian chamber ensembles, and a true promoter of our music culture. With the support of founding members and relying on the tradition and path they have made, present members gathered to revitalize the name and work of Zagreb Woodwind Trio by giving their first concert in 2011. At the time, clarinetist was Domagoj Pavlović. Bruno Phillip joined the Trio in 2017. Wide repertoire of the ensemble consists of compositions of all styles and periods with the special attention given to contemporary music. At Trio's initiative numerous compositions were made, and many Croatian and foreign composers dedicated it their works.
The ensemble was performing throughout the whole Europe, and still is, with performances in Austria, Canada, China and Croatia since the revival of the ensemble.
