We stayed in a Deluxe Studio with a Resort View during our May 2025 visit at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. Our Studio (3112) sleeps up to 5 people and features a split bathroom layout similar to that of Disney Cruise Line. These studios are the only DVC Studios on property that feature 2 bathrooms.

All DVC rooms within the Polynesian Village Resort longhouses are Deluxe Studios. 1 and 2 Bedroom villas are exclusively located within the Island Tower that was recently added to the Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
