These cheese and vegetable croquettes are a delicious snack or appetizer. Perfect for parties or gatherings.

Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
3 Medium Size Potatoes – Boiled & Smashed
3 Tbsp Carrots- Finely Chopped
2 Tbsp Capsicum – Finely Chopped
½ Tsp Salt – Adjust as per Taste
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
1/8 (a pinch) Nutmeg/Jaiphal Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
2 Cheese Cubes- made 8 pieces from a single cube

Dipping liquid:
2 Tbsp Maida (All Purpose Flour)
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
Pinch of Salt
Water as needed to make a slurry

½ Cup Bread Crumbs
Oil for Shallow Frying
