पिछले दिनों सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला आया. सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने स्पष्ट किया है कि प्राथमिक और माध्यमिक स्कूलों में शिक्षक बनने के लिए शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा अथवा टेट पास करना अनिवार्य होगा. यदि कोई शिक्षक टेट पास नहीं हैं तो खुद इस्तीफा दें अथवा पात्रता हासिल करें. सही भी है. शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम तो यही कहता है लेकिन, सवाल ये भी है कि शिक्षक टेट की परीक्षा पास तभी करेंगे जब इसका आयोजन होगा. झारखंड में पिछले 9 साल में 3 बार शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा की नियमावली बदल गई लेकिन परीक्षा ही नहीं हो सकी. लंबे इंतजार के बाद पिछले साल 2 बार विज्ञापन निकला और दोनों ही बार अलग-अलग विसंगतियों की वजह से इसे रद्द करना पड़ा.
शिक्षक भर्ती की तैयारी कर रहे केंद्रीय शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा पास अभ्यर्थी चंदन कुमार रजक बताते हैं कि अगस्त 2024 में जैक बोर्ड ने जेटेट परीक्षा की अधिसूचना जारी की थी लेकिन उसमें पाठ्यक्रम में विसंगति थी. कैसी विसंगति? चंदन बताते हैं कि नियम के मुताबिक 2 तरह की जेटेट परीक्षा ली जाती है. पहला, पहली से 5वीं कक्षा के लिए जबकि दूसरा छठी से 8वीं कक्षा के लिए.

Central Teacher Eligibility Test pass candidate Chandan Kumar Rajak, who is preparing for teacher recruitment, says that in August 2024, the JAC Board had issued a notification for the JTET exam but there was a discrepancy in the syllabus. What kind of discrepancy? Chandan says that according to the rules, 2 types of JTET exams are taken. First, for class 1st to 5th while the second is for class 6th to 8th. The subject matter of the syllabus of class 1 to 5 should be equivalent to these classes whose difficulty level is of 10th class. On the other hand, the subject matter of the syllabus in class 6 to 8 should be equivalent to these classes whose difficulty level should be up to 12th class, but it was not so. On protest, the notification was withdrawn and a new advertisement was issued in October 2024, but now the problem got stuck on the language discrepancy. What kind of language discrepancy? This also got an answer.
Chandan tells that earlier a candidate could choose any one of the 9 tribal and regional languages ​​notified for competitive examinations in Jharkhand, but in the advertisement issued by JTET in October 2024, tribal and regional languages ​​were reserved district wise, which had terrible discrepancies. For example, in Khunti district, where 90 percent of the people speak Mundari language, Kharia, Kurukh and Nagpuri were reserved. In Chatra, Hazaribagh, Bokaro, Ramgarh and Dhanbad districts, where the Khortha speaking population is high, Nagpuri was reserved. In some districts of Kolhan, Kudmali language speakers are in majority but Kudmali language option was not given there. In districts like Deoghar and Godda, demand for Magahi and Angika language was raised. In some districts, Oriya, Bengali and Urdu language option was given and objection was raised on this also.
