Today, I got takeout from my favorite ramen spot in the Twin Cities, Zen Box Izakaya, and decided to make one big GIANT ramen out of it all! I combined two of their kimchi ramens and added one tonkotsu -- they're so delicious separate, but I recently tried mixing the two together, and now I'm hooked! If you're in the Twin Cities or planning to visit, I highly recommend Zen Box -- consistently good ramen and they have an amaaaazing katsu pork sandwich that is to DIE. 😍 Check em out and show your support below!
