The Suliban are a species that has suffered a tragedy in their history with the destruction of their home planet. At a moment of division, another future power interfered with their timeline to make them a proxy in the Temporal War.

This is the Cultural Index a series aimed at exploring various Science-Fiction species.
For outsiders to a series to get to know the basics and maybe even hardened Sci-fi nuts might discover something new.
