After decades of service, the 320-seat Theater am Hagen in Straubing, Germany decided to upgrade its communications system to state-of-the-art RTS intercoms. The venue officials were looking for an affordable and future-proof solution for their well-equipped regional theater, in keeping with their high production standards. Local installation company TRE Professionelle Audiotechnik and the theater's technical director trusted in RTS for its reliability and advanced features. The system features an OMS (OMNEO Main Station) at its core, supplemented with DECT-based wireless ROAMEO TR-1800 beltpacks and two AP-1800 access points for seamless coverage, and a DBP (Digital Beltpack) which is mainly used for the fixed lighting direction. The stage manager system, ticketing, dressers and lighting control are equipped with several DKP and KP-Series keypanels.
