With a new administration in charge, students return to school to find some strict rules have been put in place. Becky has been spending a lot of time with Jonah – songwriting, of course. The pair comes up with a great idea to showcase the talents of fellow Degrassi students: a lunch time variety show. When Drew denies the proposal, Becky hatches a plan to change his mind. Winston is having doubts about his status as the “funny guy”. He’s more than just Miles’ sidekick! In order to prove himself, Winston performs standup in front of the school, but Frankie doesn’t find much to laugh about. Zoë may be facing criminal charges for the part she played in the fundraising scandal. But for now, she has to deal with an annoying bully in detention. While Zoë has proven that she’s not one to mess with, she`ll learn that others can hold hidden danger as well.
