Hi, this Zanussi ZDT41 Dishwasher developed a fault where it would trip the main Fuse box Consumer Unit RCD after 20-30mins in the cycle. It is only 2 years old so I thought it was unlikely to be a faulty heating element or water pump. The fix was very simple, a seal had come loose and the steam from the dishwasher was entering the control panel causing it to earth and trip the RCD. Although the video shows a Zanussi Dishwasher, it would also apply to other makes.
