Follow me on my journey as I learn the V-Sit for the first time!
This week I tried some new exercises and stretches to really shock my muscles and get them used to training in more strenuous ways.
I definitely need to improve my V-Sit hold against the wall, so next week I am going to start with an easier progression instead. I have never learned the V-Sit before, so I'm using a lot of trial and error to see what works for me.
