My first video encounter with the Eastern Shore RR. I was in Norfolk shooting NS and got to Little Creek just as the float was leaving. I caught it from the Bridge-Tunnel rest area, then headed to Cape Charles to catch the docking and switching action. The yard crew tied up about 4PM and it wasn't until 8PM that the road crew came on duty, so it was a night chase northbound. I finally gave up north of Parksley and headed for a motel. At this time all the runs to Pokomoke were nocturnal. There will be a Part 2 to this video from 1996 with more in depth coverage of Norfolk area operations and the interchange at Pokomoke.
