Ingredients
Gulaman or Gelatine: (just follow the instruction in the pack)
500 mls boiled water or coconut water
1 Tbsp Gelatine Powder (plus 1/2 tsp)
2 Tbsp White Sugar
Optional: Evap or Fresh Milk or Buko Juice
2 Cans of Lychees
1/4 cup Lychee Syrup from the preserved Lychee in Can
300 mls Thickened Cream (All Purpose Cream)
1/2 can of Condensed Milk
1/4 cup small cubes Kraft Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Shredded Young Coconut Meat
Optional: 1 drop of Banana Essence for flavour
