Laura Gaißmaier is giving the audience insights into foreign policy and explains the depths of the effects of feminist foreign policy. Laura Gaißmaier is 23 years old and has been studying International Relations and Economics at the University of Erfurt since 2017. Study and internship-related stays took her to Bonn, Madrid and New York. From 2017 to 2019, she was involved in the German-Czech Youth Forum and served as Deputy Regional Chair of the Young European Federalists of Thüringen. In 2020, she represented German youth at the G7 Youth Summit as Head Delegate of the German Y7 delegation and was elected Deputy Federal Chair of the Young European Federalists Germany in October 2020. In the context of her political engagement, Laura mainly deals with feminism and feminist foreign policy.
