Bay Leaves - 2 nos
Cinnamon - 1 nos
Star Anise - 2 nos
Kalpasi - 1 pc
Coconut Oil

Mutton - 2 kg
Shallots - 20
Big onions- 2 nos
Tomato - 3 nos
Garlic- 10
Ginger - 4 cm
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Dry Chilli powder - 3 tbs
Coriander Powder - 2 tbs
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Coriander - handful
Salt To Taste
Spices for tempering
Water - 500 ml
Coconut Oil
