The A/V desync is due to the real hardware playing the track at a slower speed.
Original .mod and Apple IIGS versions by Dreamer (Ninjaforce).
I was watching the Revision 2017 livestream, waiting for the much anticipated Overdrive 2. This demo came right before it, and the music never quite left my memory. It's a snug fit, but it works well enough. :3
Individual drum samples were ripped from the source .mod file, which was also used as a reference for this sequence. No pre-rendered drum loops were used this time around.
Audio recorded from a VA6 Model 1 Japanese Mega Drive.
