Many deaf and hearing-impaired people face challenges when travelling by train. We created this video to help raise awareness and demonstrate the positive impact that an understanding of sign language can have on deaf and hearing-impaired people when using the rail network. Thanks to Carol Cook from Southend community organisation Don't Shout Out, local deaf person Camille Piper and British Sign Language interpreter Dave Shields for working with us to create this.
