In acest video vreau sa va prezint traseul de creasta ce l-am realizat intr-o zi, cu pornire la Fereastra Zmeilor si pana pe Varful Moldoveanu si inapoi. E un traseu lung si foarte dificil, de acea acesta trebuie pregatit cu mare atentie. Am dorit sa reazlizat acest video pentru a ajuta pe cat mai multi in pregatirea acestuia. Dupa realizarea traseului, am ales sa pun si cateva sfaturi fara de care, dupa parerea mea, nu ar trebui sa porniti la drum.
Sper sa va fie de folos, sa aveti spor si vreme buna!

In this video I want to present the ridge route that I did in one day, starting at Fereastra Zmeilor and up to Moldoveanu Peek and back. It is a long and very difficult route, so it must be prepared with great care. I wanted to share this video to help as many as possible with its preparation. After completing the route, I chose to put some tips without which, in my opinion, you should not start the journey.
