The Third Precept traditionally deals with 'rules' around 'sexual conduct', but in its Ordinary Mind form asks us instead to investigate the whole field of our desiring: why do we want what we want, and how do our feelings, thoughts and actions lead us towards shared and joyful intimacy, or domination and harming? So, there's a lot here you might find difficult because it's challenging or simply upsetting, or, because you don't need an Old White Guy telling you what you already know...
