Fixing Gravity XT Thermal Probes

Masterbuilt says they don't have replacement probes available for the Gravity XT for months. What to do? Turns out, it's a simple, cheap fix.

Return your smoker to working order with: A type K thermocouple (try to get one that's 30+ inches long) and a 5.5x2.5mm barrel jack.
