If any restaurant was going to claim they had the most authentic pho in Las Vegas, Treasure Island would not have been at the top of my list of guesses as to who made such a bold statement. There are a lot of really good Vietnamese restaurants in Las Vegas although not as many on the strip to my knowledge. But if they're going to make such a claim, I'm definitely looking forward to trying it out! Not just the pho but plenty of other dishes because
