What you can do is look for success clues: grit, tenacity, authenticity, confidence, resilience. But the true differentiator, the real competitive advantage, is much simpler:
Your competitive advantage is YOU.

Your story.
Your message.
Your brand.
Your energy.
Your skills.
Your voice.
Your presence.
The way you work with people.
The way you make people feel.

When you fully show up as yourself, with conviction, confidence, and authenticity, nothing can stop you. You’ll figure out what works for you, because you’re the one who will always be there for the entire journey. You can’t outrun yourself, so you might as well anchor deeply into who you truly are.

In this episode, we talk about how to uncover and own your unique “thing”—the quality, point of view, or way of showing up that sets you apart from everyone else. If you want to stand out, you can’t look or sound like everyone else.
