About the Event:
Dr. Yele Aluko will discusses health inequity in the U.S. not being uniquely a racial issue, but rather a crisis affecting all populations. The health industry and society have unintentionally limited broader engagement and allowed apathy among those who do not see themselves in the narrative of health equity affecting everyone. In order to make a meaningful change, health equity must be reframed as a strategic priority impacting everyone — workforce productivity, consumer trust, advancing population health, organizational performance, and national resilience.
