UPDATE: After publishing this video, I found that the RMR screw was too long on the ejection port side and was binding the extractor plunger. That’s why the extractor would not retain the cartridge. The plunger was stuck. New update video to come soon! Keep in my mind though that this video does still show you how to check the extractor.
