Enforcement of the exclusive commuter bus lane on EDSA

Many riders and drivers were seen exiting the exclusive EDSA Busway as soon as they spotted DOTr-SAICT enforcers up ahead.

But enforcers were closely monitoring those who misused the lane — pulling them over from the regular lanes and issuing tickets.

According to statistics released by DOTr-SAICT, the EDSA Busway served over 15 million passengers in the first 3 months of 2025 — proving just how important this dedicated lane is to Metro Manila’s daily commute.
