This version of Fantasmic! came from the Tokyo Disney Resort Parades and Entertainment Best Deluxe box set. As far as I know, this specific track has not been re-released.
As you can tell, it's mostly dialogue and sound effects free aside from song vocals (and also the Ursula part for some reason). Pretty cool to hear Don L. Harper's orchestrations by themselves.
